It surface mounts, so no wall cavity or rough-in is required. That makes it workable on existing tile, block, or partition walls where cutting in a recessed cabinet is not an option. Cabinet size is 5-1/16 x 9-1/16 x 4-15/16 inches, so allow that footprint plus door swing clearance beside the fixture.

It comes with a tumbler lock and is built as a vandal-resistant cabinet, which is why it turns up in schools, parks, transit, and correctional-adjacent washrooms where an open dispenser gets emptied or torn off. The body is satin-finish stainless steel rather than plastic.

Mount it within reach of the seated user before you commit to the anchor locations.
