1) Does the Bobrick B-347 serve two toilet compartments at once?
It does. The B-347 mounts centered through the partition between two stalls and dispenses to both sides, but it is filled and serviced from one side only. Each side gets seat covers plus two tissue rolls, so a single unit covers two stalls and one service point instead of four separate dispensers.
2) Will jumbo or coreless tissue rolls fit the Bobrick B-347?
No. The B-347 takes standard-core rolls up to 5-1/4 inches in diameter on theft-resistant spindles. Jumbo roll tissue and coreless rolls will not load in it, so if your building is standardized on jumbo tissue you need a jumbo-roll dispenser instead.
3) How much paper does the B-347 hold before it needs a refill?
Loaded full, it carries 1000 toilet seat covers and four rolls of tissue, two rolls per compartment, at up to 5-1/4 inch roll diameter on standard cores. That reserve roll on each side is what keeps a high-traffic restroom from running out between rounds.
4) Is the Bobrick B-347 secured against tampering in a public restroom?
The door locks and unlocks with the key supplied, then swings open for filling, and the roll spindles are theft-resistant. Construction is Type-304 stainless steel, all welded, with a satin finish on exposed surfaces, which is what holds up to vandalism and cleaning chemicals in public and institutional washrooms.
5) Can the B-347 be surface mounted on a wall instead of through a partition?
It is built as a through-partition unit, mounted centered in the panel so both stalls draw from it. On a solid wall you only ever get one usable face, which defeats the point of the dual-compartment design. For a wall location, use a surface-mounted seat cover and tissue combination unit instead.
6) What finish does the Bobrick B-347 come in?
Satin is the only finish offered. Exposed surfaces are satin-finish Type-304 stainless, which matches the standard satin stainless grab bars, mirrors, and towel dispensers most commercial washroom packages are specified in.
7) Is the B-347 mounted vertically, and how much does it project into the stall?
Vertical orientation, seat covers over tissue, at 30-5/8 inches of panel height. Projection into each stall is 4-5/16 inches overall for the unit, so allow for that when checking clearance against the toilet, the door swing, and any ADA clear floor space you are holding in the compartment.
