Frame the opening before the partition goes up if you can; cutting a 28-7/8 inch tall hole in an installed panel is a lot less pleasant.
2) Does the B-3471 serve two toilet compartments at once?
Yes. It is a partition-mounted unit used from both sides and serviced from one side, so a single dispenser covers the two stalls on either side of the panel. Each compartment gets its own tissue side holding two standard-core rolls, and seat covers are dispensed to both sides.
