Bobrick 3500-58 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) Does the B-3500-58 come with the key, or is it just the lock cylinder?
Both. The 3500-58 is supplied as a lock and key set, so you get the cylinder and its key together rather than having to source a key separately.
2) Will the Bobrick 3500-58 key work on toilet partition hardware or other washroom locks?
It is washroom accessory hardware, but it is specific to the coin box lock on Bobrick B-2800 and B-3500 units. Treat it as a unit-specific replacement, not a universal washroom or partition key. If your lock is on a different Bobrick model, look up the replacement lock called out for that model instead.
3) I manage several restrooms with Bobrick coin-operated dispensers. Can I standardize on one key with the 3500-58?
For a fleet of B-2800 or B-3500 coin box units, ordering the same 3500-58 lock and key for each unit is how you get one part number across the building. Order one set per lock you are replacing; each shipment is a lock with its key.
4) Is there more than one version of the Bobrick B-3500-58 to choose from?
No options to pick. The part is sold in a single configuration, model 3500-58, so there is no finish or keyway selection to make when ordering.
