Bobrick 3699-57 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) What does the Bobrick B-3699-57 skirt replacement kit fit?
The B-3699-57 skirt kit is a replacement part for Bobrick recessed units, specifically model numbers B-369, B-3091 and B-3092. If the unit you are repairing carries one of those three model numbers on its data label, this is the skirt kit for it. Any other Bobrick model number is a different part.
2) Is the Bobrick B-3699-57 a whole new unit or just the skirt?
Just the skirt. The B-3699-57 is a replacement kit for the skirt on recessed Bobrick B-369, B-3091 and B-3092 units, not a complete fixture. Order it when the housing and body are sound and only the skirt needs replacing.
3) I have a Bobrick B-3091 in a restroom wall, do I need to pull the whole unit to replace the skirt?
No. The B-3699-57 is a skirt kit for the recessed B-369, B-3091 and B-3092, so the recessed housing stays in the wall and only the skirt is swapped. That is the point of ordering the kit rather than a whole new recessed unit, and it means no new wall opening or patching.
4) Does the B-3699-57 kit work on a surface-mounted Bobrick unit?
No. The B-3699-57 skirt kit is called out for recessed Bobrick models B-369, B-3091 and B-3092. A surface-mounted unit is a different body and this skirt is not the part for it.
