Bobrick 37063C – Frequently Asked Questions

1) Does this Bobrick vendor meet ADA requirements for operating force?
Yes. The B-37063C is listed as ADA compliant and uses push-button operation requiring less than 5 lb of force, with no grasping, pinching or twisting of the wrist. Mounting height within the ADA reach range is still down to how you set it in the wall.
2) Is the B-37063C free vend, or does it take coins?
It ships set for free, no-coin vending. The mechanism can be field converted to 25 cent, 50 cent or token operation later, so a facility can start free and switch if theft or overuse becomes an issue without replacing the cabinet.
3) Will the keys for my other Bobrick washroom accessories open this vendor?
Yes. The B-37063C has two tumbler door locks keyed like other Bobrick accessories, so the same key that services your Bobrick towel and tissue cabinets opens this one. That is the main reason facilities standardize a restroom on one brand.
4) How many products does the B-37063C hold before it needs restocking?
Each fill holds 30 tampons and 20 napkins. Loading is done from an easy-access product tray with no weights to reset, which matters if a janitorial crew is servicing a lot of restrooms on a route.
5) What finish options does the Bobrick B-37063C come in?
Two: satin-finish Type 304 stainless steel on the exposed surfaces, and a matte black version. Satin stainless is the common spec for high-traffic public restrooms; matte black is usually chosen to match a design package.
