2) What size paper towel rolls will this Bobrick roll towel mechanism take?
Standard-core rolls up to 8 inches (205mm) wide and 8 inches (205mm) in diameter. If your facility buys rolls wider or larger in diameter than that, they won't load in the cabinet.
3) Do I have to replace the whole towel cabinet if the dispensing mechanism breaks?
No. The B-3961-52 is the internal module only, so you keep the existing cabinet in the wall and swap the mechanism. That avoids re-drilling or patching the wall on a recessed or surface cabinet, provided the cabinet is a B-3961, B-39617, B-39619 or 3961-50.
4) Does the B-3961-52 waste the tail end of a roll, or can we run a stub roll out?
It holds a stub roll up to 3-1/2 inches (90mm) in diameter and transfers automatically to the full roll when the stub runs out.
