Bobrick 6777-9 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) What is the Bobrick B-6777-9 and what does it do?
It's a replacement setscrew, a fastener used on Bobrick washroom accessories. It is the version specified for units manufactured after June 1985, so date of manufacture is what decides whether this is the right screw for your unit.
2) Will the B-6777-9 setscrew fit a Bobrick unit made before June 1985?
No. The B-6777-9 is the setscrew for Bobrick washroom accessories built after June 1985. Older pre-June-1985 units take the earlier setscrew, so check the age of the unit before ordering this one.
3) Do I have to order a whole new Bobrick dispenser if the setscrew is missing?
No, the setscrew is sold on its own as a replacement part. For property managers and MRO buyers keeping restrooms in service, replacing the B-6777-9 fastener is the repair rather than swapping the accessory. Just confirm your unit is a post-June-1985 build so you get the matching screw.
