Bobrick 855-225 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) Is the Bobrick B-855-225 a complete soap dispenser or just a replacement part?
The B-855-225 is a replacement part, not a full dispenser. It is the top housing assembly for a Bobrick liquid soap dispenser, supplied in brushed nickel, so you order it to rebuild or repair an existing unit rather than to install a new one.
2) Will the B-855-225 top housing work on a Bobrick powdered or foam soap dispenser?
No. This top housing assembly is the liquid soap version. If your dispenser dispenses foam or powdered soap, the housing is a different assembly and this one is the wrong part, so match the part to the liquid model you have.
3) What finish does the Bobrick B-855-225 top housing come in for matching other washroom accessories?
Brushed nickel is the only finish offered on the B-855-225 top housing assembly. If the rest of the restroom fittings are polished chrome or satin stainless, the repaired dispenser will read slightly different, which matters most on a wall where several dispensers sit side by side.
