Keep your restroom properly equipped with the Bobrick Fino paper towel dispenser. This European-made paper towel dispenser is a trendy choice for restrooms in upscale restaurants and hotels. With the capacity to dispense 400 C-fold or 525 multifold paper towels, this unit will provide essential supplies to customers all throughout business hours. It accommodates paper towels from 2 1/2" to 3 13/16" deep. To dispense only one paper towel at a time, it has an integrated TowelMate rod.
The unit is made of durable 18 gauge, type 304 stainless steel, and it has a sleek satin finish for an elegant, professional appearance. Bobrick 9262 – Frequently Asked Questions

1) What size paper towels does the Bobrick Fino B-9262 dispenser take?
The Fino B-9262 runs C-fold or multifold folded towels, and it holds 400 C-fold or 525 multifold. The cabinet accommodates towels from 2-1/2 inches to 3-13/16 inches deep, so check the fold depth on your current towel case before you standardize on it. It will not run roll towel of any kind.
2) What wall space do I need for the Bobrick Fino 9262 towel dispenser?
Plan for 11-11/16 inches wide by 13-7/16 inches high, with the cabinet projecting 3-15/16 inches off the finished wall. It surface mounts, so there is no wall cavity or recess prep, just a solid wall surface and anchors suited to it. Watch the projection against an adjacent lavatory or door swing.
3) Can I surface mount the Fino 9262 on a tile or block wall instead of cutting into drywall?
Yes. The Fino 9262 is a surface-mounted, wall-mounted unit, so it fastens to the face of the wall with no recess or in-wall prep. That makes it the practical choice on tile, CMU, or any wall you cannot cut into, and it is the usual pick for a retrofit where an older recessed cabinet is being abandoned or patched over.
4) Does the Fino 9262 dispenser lock, and how does it hold up in a high-traffic public restroom?
It comes with a flush lock and key, so the towel stock is protected against theft and tampering. The cabinet is seam welded type 304 stainless at 18 gauge (1.2mm), which is the material property managers and facility buyers want in a heavily used public washroom for corrosion and dent resistance.
5) What does the TowelMate feature actually do on the Bobrick Fino dispenser?
TowelMate is a built-in rod inside the cabinet that separates the stack so users pull one towel at a time instead of grabbing a handful. Bobrick states it cuts towel usage by about 20 percent. For a facilities buyer, that is the line item that matters here: same cabinet, less paper consumed and fewer refill trips.
6) What finishes does the Bobrick Fino 9262 come in?
Two: satin stainless steel, which is the standard, and matte black. Both are the same B-9262 cabinet, so you can mix finishes across a building without changing towel stock or mounting layout. Matte black is the usual pick where the spec calls for dark trim in a hotel or restaurant washroom.
7) Is the Fino 9262 awkward to refill in a tight restroom?
The cabinet hinges at the bottom to the backplate and includes a swing-limiter, so it opens away from the wall a controlled amount rather than dropping wide open. Two things come from that: the towels do not spill out when it swings down, and the door will not bang the adjacent wall or partition. Refilling is a one-hand open, drop the stack, close and lock.
