1) What grade or strength is the Metallics JHTBG70 bolt, and is it strong enough for structural use?
Tensile strength is 60,000 psi minimum with a hardness of Rockwell B69 to B100. That's a general purpose fastener strength class, fine for conduit racks, strut, equipment mounting and similar MRO work. If your drawing calls out a higher strength structural bolt, this one won't satisfy it.
