1) What conduit sizes do Bridgeport insulated bushings come in?
Bridgeport's malleable iron insulated bushings run from 1/2 inch up through 5 inch trade size: 1/2 (361), 3/4 (362), 1 (363), 1-1/4 (364), 1-1/2 (365), 2 (366), 2-1/2 (367), 3 (368), 3-1/2 (369), 4 (370) and 5 inch (371). Order by trade size of the rigid or IMC conduit you are terminating, not by the box opening.
2) Will a Bridgeport insulated bushing thread onto EMT?
No. These are threaded insulated bushings for rigid metal conduit and IMC, which carry male threads on the end. EMT is unthreaded, so you would need an EMT connector instead. The bushing threads onto the conduit end and is held to the box with a locknut.
3) Do I need a separate plastic bushing if I use these?
No. The insulator is built in. A black plastic metaliner is molded into the malleable iron body, so it protects conductors from the cut conduit edge without adding a snap-in bushing on top of it. That is the difference between this and a plain steel bushing.
