2) Do I need anything besides the Bridgeport grounding bushing to terminate service conduit into a panel?
You need a locknut. The Bridgeport DC grounding bushing is used with a locknut to terminate service conduit to the cabinet, and the locknut is not part of the bushing. The lug on the bushing is there for your bonding jumper to the neutral, so you also supply the jumper conductor and, on the service side, whatever the bonding scheme calls for. Buy the locknut in the same trade size as the bushing.
