Plan on a locknut and a bonding jumper. The DC40 is used with a locknut to terminate service conduit into the cabinet, and its lug is there to take a bonding jumper to the neutral bar. The wire itself and the locknut are separate items.

The zinc die cast body has a ball burnished, mirror smooth finish and the lug is tin electro-plated, which gives corrosion resistance for exterior service equipment and damp utility connections. It is a bushing, not a sealing fitting, so it does not make the entry watertight on its own.
