The Juniper 36 in. vanity top is pre-drilled with 3 holes for a widespread faucet on 8 inch centers. A single-hole or 4 inch centerset faucet will not cover the drilled holes correctly. The faucet is not included, so order a widespread lav faucet separately.
2) How much wall space do I need for the Cahaba Juniper 36 inch vanity?
Plan on at least 36 inches of clear wall width. The engineered stone top is 36 inches wide and overhangs the 35 inch cabinet, and the unit projects 21 inches from the wall at 34-1/2 inches overall height. That top height clears a standard toe space and leaves room for the 3 inch backsplash behind it.
3) Will the Juniper 36 in. vanity work with my existing rough-in plumbing?
The undermount ceramic basin drains at the rear, so the P-trap sits close to the back wall rather than out under the middle of the cabinet. That suits a standard back-wall drain rough-in and keeps the drawer boxes clear. The bowl itself is 20.25 by 15 inches and 7.5 inches deep, so figure your trap height off the bottom of that bowl, not off the 33.7 inch cabinet height.
