1) Can I install the CA231SB32 farmhouse sink with a laminate countertop?
It's an undermount sink, so it needs a solid surface top, granite, quartz, or similar, where the cut edge can be finished and sealed. Laminate tops are not a good match for undermount mounting because the particleboard core is exposed at the cutout. A cutout template is supplied with the sink for the fabricator.
2) Is this Cahaba sink approved for a restaurant or other commercial kitchen?
No. The CA231SB32 is made for residential use only and Cahaba specifically says not to use it in commercial applications. For a restaurant, breakroom serving food, or any inspected foodservice space you need a sink built for that duty, not this one.
3) Does the Cahaba CA231SB32 have faucet holes, or do I drill the countertop?
Zero faucet holes. The faucet and any accessories get mounted through the countertop or on the wall behind, which is normal for an undermount apron sink. Drill the deck for the faucet, sprayer, and soap dispenser you plan to use before the top goes in.
