The 3241 is a forged fit-up bar for steel and concrete construction work. You use it to lever steel members into position and line up bolt holes so a bolt or pin will drop through. One end is a straight chisel, the other is pointed, so the point goes into the hole to drag the connection into alignment and the chisel end does the prying.
