Operating on 12AC/DC power, this Fail Safe lock remains unlocked upon power loss, making it ideal for access-controlled egress applications. Featuring the NZ lever style with a D Rose trim, it accommodates door thicknesses from 1-3/4" to 2" and is non-handed for flexible installation. The standard deadlatch includes a square corner front measuring 2-1/4" x 1-1/8" with a 2-3/4" backset, paired with an ANSI Curved Lip strike with 1-1/4" lip length.
