ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 Time Out Function Cylindrical Lock for High-Traffic Commercial Applications

The Corbin Russwin CLX3320TO is a non-keyed, ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 cylindrical lever lock from the CLX3300 Series, engineered for high-traffic commercial and institutional openings where both security and aesthetics are essential. This Time Out function lock operates as a passage lock — latchbolt retractable by lever from either side — unless a push button is depressed and held by a caretaker, at which point the detention side lever becomes freewheeling. The lock automatically returns to passage mode upon release of the push button, with both levers always remaining free. Designed for doors 1-3/4" to 2" thick with a 2-3/4" backset, it is manufactured from steel with zinc dichromate treatment for corrosion resistance, and includes an ANSI curved lip strike measuring 4-7/8" x 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" lip to center.
