1) Does the Corbin Russwin ED5657T come with the outside trim, or do I order that separately?
Trim is not included. The ED5657T is the mortise exit device only, set up for use with dummy or nightlatch lever pull trim, and that trim has to be specified and ordered separately. Plan on two line items to finish the opening: the device and the outside pull or lever trim.
