3) What door thickness and backset does the CLX3352 lockset this lever fits use?
Standard is 1-3/4 inch to 2 inch (44-51mm) door thickness with a 2-3/4 inch (70mm) backset. Thinner 1-3/8 inch doors use the D138 option, and over 2 inch up to 2-1/4 inch uses D214. Backsets of 2-3/8, 3-3/4 and 5 inches are also available. An adjustable push/turn button handles the thickness adjustment at install.
4) Will this lever fit a narrow aluminum stile door?
The lockset it belongs to needs a minimum stile of 4-1/2 inches (114mm), so typical narrow stile aluminum storefront doors are out. For those openings you want a narrow stile deadlatch or an exit device with narrow stile trim instead.

CLX3352 is the Classroom Intruder function: it can be locked from either side of the door, and egress from the inside is always free. That's why the inside lever carries its own cylinder prep, in this case Best SFIC 6/7-pin, so a teacher can lock the door from inside the room without stepping into the corridor.
7) Do I need to order a handed lever for the inside of the door?
No handing to specify. The CLX3300 Series is non-handed, so the same Princeton inside lever works on a left or right hand door.
