2) Does the Red Dot CCS fit a duplex receptacle or a single receptacle?
Single receptacle only. The CCS is a single receptacle device cover, so a standard duplex device will not line up with the opening. For a duplex outlet you need a duplex-configuration weatherproof cover instead.

Cover only. The CCS is a device box cover sold each, so you supply the outlet box and the receptacle separately.
