The A9123A kit comes with 2 waste arms, 2 Hi-Line nipples, 4 slip nuts and 4 washers, plus the baffle tee. That covers the horizontal run between the two bowls on 16 inch centers. You still supply the tailpieces/strainers at each bowl and the P-trap and trap arm downstream, since those are not part of the kit.

The baffle inside the tee restricts crossflow, so water draining from one bowl is directed down the trap instead of surging up into the second bowl. If you have a double-bowl sink, especially one where a disposer or a heavy dump of water goes down one side, the baffle tee is the version you want. A plain (non-baffled) tee lets water backflow into the other basin.

Polypropylene resists the hot water and household drain cleaners typical in a kitchen sink waste, and it cuts cleanly with a tubing cutter or fine-tooth saw if you need to shorten an arm.
