Delaney Hardware BD0054 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) What does a barn door bypass track connector bracket do?
A bypass track connector bracket is the piece that joins track sections and holds the front and rear tracks in the offset arrangement a bypass setup needs, so two barn doors can slide past each other on the same wall. The Delaney BD0054 is that bracket in a Black (US19) finish. It is the mounting hardware, not the track, doors, hangers, or rollers.
2) What finish is the Delaney BD0054 bypass connector bracket, and will it match black barn door hardware?
Black, designated US19. If the rest of the opening is Delaney barn door hardware specified in US19 Black, the bracket matches it. US19 is the standard black designation used across finish charts, so it reads as flat black rather than an oil-rubbed or aged black tone. Black is the only finish the BD0054 comes in.
3) Is the Delaney BD0054 a complete barn door kit or just a part?
Just the bracket. The BD0054 is a single connector bracket for a bypass track setup, ordered as one model with no size or length choices. A bypass installation still needs the track, hangers, door stops, floor guide, and the doors themselves, all bought separately.
