Yes. The Kira passage leverset adjusts from 1-3/8 to 1-3/4 inch door thickness, so it covers older interior slabs at 1-3/8 as well as standard 1-3/4 inch doors. No separate thickness kit to order, the chassis adjusts either way.
2) Does the Delaney Kira lever drop into an existing 2-1/8 inch bore, or do I have to redrill?
It drops in. The Kira uses a 2-1/8 inch cross bore and a 1 inch edge bore, which is the standard prep on nearly every residential door already hung, so a lever swap on an existing opening needs no new drilling. Backset is the other half of the check: the Kira handles both 2-3/8 and 2-3/4 inch, so either common prep works.
3) Do I need to order the Delaney Kira passage lever left hand or right hand?
Handing is not a choice you make on this one. The Kira passage lever is reversible for left or right hand doors, so one part covers either swing. Handy if you are buying for a building and do not want to count doors before you order.
