Delaney Shenandoah 800 Series - Towel Bar Post Only

It is the post only. The Shenandoah 800 Series towel bar post is the end bracket that mounts to the wall and carries the bar, sold on its own rather than as a bar-and-post set. If you need a full assembly, look at a complete set such as the Sure-Loc Baden towel bar or the Orca Hardware Camano 24 inch towel bar set.

Yes, that is exactly what this part is for. The Shenandoah 800 Series post is sold as the post by itself, so you can replace one damaged end bracket and keep the existing bar. Order the same finish as the surviving post so the pair matches.

The Delaney Shenandoah 800 Series Towel Bar Post Only is sold as the post by itself, in US26 Polished Chrome, US15 Satin Nickel, or US12P Tuscany Bronze, so it is the right call only when the existing bar and the surviving post are Shenandoah 800 Series and one of those finishes. If the existing hardware is a different pattern, a single post will not mate to the bar, and the practical move is a complete replacement set such as the Sure-Loc Basic Towel Bar, the Sure-Loc Baden Towel Bar in 18, 24, or 30 inch, or the Orca Hardware Camano 24 inch Towel Bar Set, each of which ships with both posts and the bar.

No. Towel bar posts are matched to the bar diameter and mounting of their own series, so a post from one family will not carry another maker's bar. The Deltana 55D2002/18 is an 18 inch solid brass bar in the 55D Series, the Deltana 88TB12 is a 12 inch bar in the 88 Series, and the Emtek Modern Brass Towel Bar belongs to the Modern Brass Bath Hardware line - each of those is a complete bar in its own pattern rather than a component that pairs with the Shenandoah 800 Series post.

No. Delaney lists the Shenandoah 800 Series as residential. For a commercial washroom or a high-traffic institutional restroom, specify hardware rated for that use rather than this post.

The Delaney Shenandoah 800 Series Towel Bar Post Only is a residential bath accessory sold as a post, which suits keeping spares for units already fitted with Shenandoah 800 Series bars. For standardizing a whole property on one complete assembly, the Sure-Loc Basic Towel Bar, Sure-Loc Boulder in 18, 24, or 30 inch, and Sure-Loc Brighton in 30 inch each ship as a full bar, and the Baden is offered in the same three lengths so different bath widths can be covered from one pattern.

The Delaney Shenandoah 800 Series Towel Bar Post Only is offered in US12P Tuscany Bronze alongside US26 Polished Chrome and US15 Satin Nickel. If the bar itself also needs replacing and you want a bronze-toned complete unit, the Emtek Sandcast Bronze Brass Double Towel Bar is a full double-bar assembly in Emtek's Sandcast Bronze Bath Hardware line, and the Emtek Traditional Brass Double Towel Bar is the comparable double bar in the Traditional Bath Hardware line - both hold two towels rather than one.

No - the Delaney Shenandoah 800 Series Towel Bar Post Only is the post component, so you still need the matching Shenandoah bar and a second post to make a working assembly. Anything ordered as a set arrives ready to hang instead: the Deltana BBN2002/18 is an 18 inch bar in the BBN Series, the Emtek Transitional Brass Towel Bar is a complete bar in the Transitional Bath Hardware line, and the Orca Hardware Camano 24 inch Towel Bar Set is sold as a set.

Yes, for residential units. The post comes in Polished Chrome, Satin Nickel and Tuscany Bronze, so a property with mixed finishes can be covered by stocking the same part in the finish each building uses. Delaney classes the Shenandoah 800 Series as residential hardware, so keep it to apartments and homes rather than common-area commercial restrooms.

The Delaney Shenandoah 800 Series part is a single towel bar post, so it will not give you a double arm. Emtek makes double bars in two styles: the Traditional Brass Double Towel Bar and the Sandcast Bronze Brass Double Towel Bar.

The Delaney Shenandoah 800 Series Towel Bar Post Only supplies a post in a single plain pattern. For a more decorative complete set, the Orca Hardware 36 Series Swirl Towel Bar Set and the Orca Hardware 27 Series Swirl Towel Bar Set are offered as swirl-pattern sets, the Orca Hardware 48 Series Blakely Towel Bar Set is another full set, and the Deltana 98C2002/18 is an 18 inch solid brass classic bar in the 98C Series.
