2) Does the Delta Breez ELT grille come with the LED light, or do I need to order that separately?
The grille assembly carries the ELT series LED light. On the ELT80-110 fans that light is a 13-watt dimmable LED putting out 850 lumens at 3000K with 90 CRI, roughly a 60-watt incandescent equivalent. A dimmer switch is not part of it, so if the job calls for dimming, the switch is a separate line item.
3) How big is the Delta Breez ELT LED grille? I need to know if it will cover the existing ceiling opening.
Height on the grille assembly is 7-7/8 inches. Since it is the factory face for the ELT80-110LED, ELT80-110DLED and ELT80-110HLED housings, it lands back on the same ceiling cutout those fans were installed with, so there is no drywall patching when you swap it onto one of those units.
