1) Is the Delta Breez GBR80-B a complete bath fan or just a replacement motor and grille?
GBR80-B is a motor and grille, not a whole fan. You get the blower/motor assembly and the ceiling grille for a BreezGreenBuilder GBR80 fan, with no housing in the package. That makes it the part to order when the fan body is already framed into the ceiling and the motor has failed, seized, or gotten noisy, or when the grille is broken or stained. If there's nothing in the ceiling yet and you're venting a new bathroom, this won't do the job on its own; you need a complete fan with a housing.
2) My bath fan motor died but the housing and ductwork are fine. Is replacing just the motor and grille the right call?
If the fan in the ceiling is a BreezGreenBuilder GBR80 and the housing is sound and still ducted to 4 inch pipe, swapping the motor and grille is the repair. The housing stays in the framing, the duct connection stays undisturbed, and you're not opening the ceiling or re-cutting drywall.
