Deltana BBS2003/24 Towel Bar, 24", BBS Series

Projection is 2-3/4 inches from the wall face, with an inside projection of 1-3/4 inches, so that's the clearance between the bar and the wall for hanging a folded towel. In a tight bath where the bar sits opposite a swinging door or next to a vanity, budget the full 2-3/4 inches plus the towel.

The BBS2003/24 is a 24 inch bar with 2 inch round bases at each end, so plan your mounting layout around the post centers plus the base footprint rather than assuming 24 inches wall to wall. The bar itself is 3/4 inch in diameter.

No. The BBS2003/24 is a complete 24 inch towel bar with its posts. If you only need the bar itself, the Delaney Cascade 300 Series Towel Bar Only in square profile is sold as the bar without posts, and the Delaney Denali 1100 Series Towel Bar Post Only covers the opposite case where a post is damaged and the bar is good.

Two direct 24 inch peers are the Orca Hardware Camano 24 inch Towel Bar Set and the Delaney Congaree 200 Series 24 inch Towel Bar Set. Both match the BBS2003/24 on nominal 24 inch bar length. The Deltana is solid brass in the BBS Series with a 2 inch base, 3/4 inch bar width and 2-3/4 inch projection, so if those mounting dimensions matter on a retile or a patch-free swap, the Deltana numbers are the ones to work to.

The BBS2003/24 is a single-bar unit. For a double, look at the Emtek Traditional Brass Double Towel Bar or the Emtek Sandcast Bronze Brass Double Towel Bar. Both carry two bars on one pair of posts, which suits a shared bath or a hospitality room where one bar is not enough hanging length.

Solid brass throughout, both the bar and the bases. That matters in a high-humidity bath or a coastal property where plated steel tube rusts from the inside out at the fastener holes.

Deltana classes the BBS Series as commercial, and the solid brass construction is what makes it hold up to hotel and multi-family traffic. It's a modern-profile bath accessory line, so it suits hospitality and apartment turns as well as single-family work.

Five finishes: Oil Rubbed Bronze, Polished Nickel, Brushed Nickel, Polished Chrome, and Brushed Brass. Order all the BBS pieces for a room in the same finish code at once, since brass finishes vary slightly between production lots.

The BBS Series is Deltana's modern round-profile line. For a 24 inch bar in another style, ZenSupply carries the Orca Hardware Camano 24 inch towel bar set and the Delaney Congaree 200 Series 24 inch towel bar set. Emtek's brass bath lines cover other design directions: Modern Brass, Transitional Brass, and Traditional Brass, the last two in double-bar versions if you need two towels on one wall.

The BBS2003/24 is a single-bar unit. For a double, look at the Emtek Traditional Brass double towel bar or the Emtek Sandcast Bronze double towel bar. Note that a double bar carries more projection off the wall than this one's 2-3/4 inches, so check your clearance to the door swing first.

Model BBS2003/24 is specifically the 24 inch length. If your wall calls for a different run, Sure-Loc offers the Baden and the Boulder in 18, 24 or 30 inch lengths, and the Sure-Loc Brighton is a 30 inch bar.

The BBS2003/24 covers the 24 inch opening. For a property where vanity walls vary, Sure-Loc offers the Baden and the Boulder towel bars in 18, 24 or 30 inch, and the Sure-Loc Brighton is a 30 inch bar. Running one Sure-Loc series across all three lengths keeps the profile consistent from unit to unit.

The Deltana BBS Series is a modern solid brass bathroom collection. If the room calls for something more ornamental, the Orca Hardware 36 Series Swirl Towel Bar Set and the 27 Series Cypress set carry a decorative swirl post, and the Emtek Traditional Brass Bath Hardware line is styled traditionally. For something between the two looks, the Emtek Transitional Brass Towel Bar sits in the transitional line.

The Sure-Loc Basic Towel Bar is the plainest option in the group, and the Emtek Modern Brass Towel Bar is a single brass bar in Emtek's Modern Brass bath hardware line. The Deltana BBS2003/24 differs in that its published dimensions are fixed at a 2 inch base, 3/4 inch bar width and 2-3/4 inch projection, which matters when you are matching an existing mounting footprint rather than starting fresh.

Yes. BBS is a full bathroom collection, not a standalone bar, so paper holders, rings and hooks are offered in the same modern profile and the same finish range. Specifying everything from the BBS Series keeps base diameters and finish consistent across the room, which is what property managers want when standardizing bath packages across units.

The Deltana BBS2003/24 is supplied as a complete 24 inch bar. Among the peers, the Orca Camano 24 inch Towel Bar Set, the Orca 48 Series Blakely Towel Bar Set, the Orca 27 Series Cypress set and the Delaney Acadia 900 Series Towel Bar Set are all catalogued as sets rather than as loose bars or posts, unlike the Delaney Cascade bar-only and Denali post-only items.
