The Don-Jo 504 FE Wrap Around plate reinforces the door edge at the mortise lock prep, protecting against forced-entry attacks that exploit the cutout opening. Designed for 1-3/4" commercial doors with an 86 cut-out, it wraps both faces of the door edge to distribute kick and pry loads across a wider surface area. At 12" x 1" and formed from 22-gauge (.032") steel, it installs cleanly over existing mortise latch preps without modification. Available in Oil Rubbed Bronze (10B/613) and Satin Stainless (S/630) to coordinate with existing door hardware.
