You can drill through the fixture. The B-Line AWA wedge anchor is made to be installed through the fixture, so the mounting hole in the bracket or strut becomes the drill guide and the anchor drives straight through it into the concrete. That saves a layout step on ceiling and wall runs where you are hanging a lot of supports.
