You can drill through the fixture. The AWA-50-375SS is designed to be installed through the fixture, so you set the strut, bracket or clamp in place, drill through its mounting hole into the concrete, then drive the anchor through the same hole. That removes the layout-and-align step and is why this style gets used for overhead trapeze and conduit support work.
