The AWF2420AP is sized for 24 x 20 inch fiberglass enclosures. The panel itself measures 21 inches high by 17 inches wide with a 17 inch length/depth figure, so the mounting surface sits inside the enclosure footprint rather than matching it. If your box is a different size, this panel is not the one.

It is an accessory panel only, ordered on its own. You get the aluminum flanged panel; the fiberglass enclosure, cover, and any mounting studs or hardware inside the box are separate. Order one panel per 24 x 20 enclosure you are fitting out.

Aluminum, with a smooth brushed finish. That matters in wash-down, coastal, or chemical areas where a painted steel back panel would eventually rust at scratches and drilled holes. It also keeps the weight down at about 3.369 lb, so one electrician can set it in place.

The AWF2420AP carries a UL Listed marking. For an inspector, that covers the panel as an enclosure accessory; the NEMA rating of the installation comes from the fiberglass enclosure it goes into, so keep the enclosure's own listing with the job file.

A flanged panel has its edges turned to add rigidity and stand the mounting surface off the enclosure back. Use it when you are hanging heavier gear, DIN rail, or wiring duct and want a stiff surface that does not oil-can. The B-Line AWF2420AP is the flanged type for 24 x 20 fiberglass boxes; a plain flat panel is the cheaper choice for light terminal blocks only.

Yes. It is a bare aluminum mounting panel with a brushed surface, intended to be laid out, drilled, and tapped for whatever components the job calls for. Aluminum taps easily, but back up threaded holes with nuts where you are hanging anything that vibrates.
