It turns 30 degrees on a 24 inch radius. That is a shallow direction change in the horizontal plane, used where a run has to jog around a column or ease into a new heading rather than make a full 90. Aluminum is the material used here, and it is commonly chosen over plain or painted steel where moisture and mild corrosion are a concern, along with being lighter to hang. For heavy chemical exposure many specifications move to fiberglass or stainless instead, so check the corrosion schedule on the drawings before standardizing an aluminum run through a process area.
