B-Line Eaton series imperial cable tray and ladder, 4" Height, 28.912" Length, 6" Width, Series 2-5 vertical inside bend, Aluminum, 60° Angle, 24" Rad

A vertical inside bend carries a ladder tray run up or down a change in elevation, with the bend turning toward the inside of the angle (the tray bottom on the inside of the curve). Eaton B-Line part 4A-06-60VI24 makes that transition at 60 degrees on a 24 inch radius, which keeps cable bending well within the sweep the tray fitting sets. If your run needs the tray to turn the other way around the elevation change, you want a vertical outside bend instead, not this fitting.

Allow 28.912 inches of developed length for the fitting itself, measured along the run. That length comes from the 24 inch radius swept through 60 degrees, so you cannot shorten it in the field without ruining the bend. Lay out the straight sections either side of it to that dimension before you cut anything.

Order Eaton B-Line 4A-06-60VI24. The number reads out as 4 inch rail height aluminum, 6 inch width, 60 degree vertical inside bend, 24 inch radius. Give that full string to your distributor so you do not get the outside bend or a different radius.

The fitting is the bend section itself. Splice plates, bolts and the hangers or trapeze supports at each end are ordered separately, and you will need a splice connection at both ends of the 28.912 inch fitting where it meets the straight tray. Count those into the takeoff when you order the run.

It carries the CE mark. If your project spec calls out a different listing or a specific NEC tray classification, check that against the submittal for the full Series 2-5 system rather than the fitting alone.
