Order your splice connectors and hardware separately. A horizontal tee is supplied as the fitting body; each of its three ends needs a splice plate set with bolts and nuts to join it to the adjoining straight sections, so a single tee takes three splices. Add hanger or support hardware for the fitting as well, since the branch on a 36 inch radius tee reaches out far enough to need its own support point.

If cables need to change elevation rather than direction, that is a vertical elbow, not a tee.

At 37.516 lb it is a two-man lift in practice, mostly because of the reach rather than the weight. Rig a temporary support under the branch before you start bolting.
