The Eaton B-Line 6A-12-60HB12 is built for Series 2 through 5 aluminum tray with a 6 inch side rail height and a 12 inch inside width. Run width and rail depth both have to match the straight sections it ties into, so it drops in on a 12 inch wide, 6 inch deep run and nothing else.

It turns the run 60 degrees in the horizontal plane on a 12 inch inside radius. Overall length depth of the fitting is 20.125 inches, so allow that much space off the end of the straight section when you lay out the route. The 12 inch radius is the tight-radius option, which matters if the cable you are pulling has a larger minimum bend radius than that.

A horizontal bend changes direction side to side while the tray stays level, which is what you want going around a column or a wall corner. If the run has to climb or drop, that is a vertical inside or outside elbow instead, not this part. The 6A-12-60HB12 only turns in plane, 60 degrees on a 12 inch radius.

CSA is the certification carried on this aluminum horizontal bend, which is what specifiers and inspectors look for on Canadian electrical work.

The 6A-12-60HB12 is the bend section itself. Splice plates, connection hardware, and any hangers or supports at the fitting are ordered separately, so add them to the takeoff along with the straight sections on either side.

This bend is aluminum, which is the usual pick where weight and corrosion matter, such as outdoor runs, plants with washdown, or long spans a crew has to lift into place. At 9.6 pounds a single installer can set it. Keep the fitting in the same material as the rest of the run so you are not mixing aluminum and steel at the splice.
