No. The B-Line series mounting panel is specified for protection from dust, dirt and non-corrosive liquids. If the area sees corrosive chemicals or salt exposure, you want a stainless or non-metallic enclosure and panel system instead.
2) Does the 4824P come with the enclosure or is it just the back panel?
It is the mounting panel only, model 4824P. The panel is the flat interior plate you drill and tap to mount breakers, relays, terminal blocks and drives. The enclosure body, door and any mounting hardware are ordered separately.
3) How much does the B-Line 4824P panel weigh, and is it a one-person install?
28.453 lb. At 46 inches tall it is awkward more than heavy, so mounting it into a tall enclosure is easier with a second set of hands, especially if the box is already wall-mounted.
