B-LINE 122AMK – Frequently Asked Questions

1) What does the Eaton B-Line 122AMK depth adjustment bracket kit actually do inside an enclosure?
The 122AMK is an adjustable mounting kit that lets you vary the mounting depth of accessories inside a Premier series enclosure. It's a channel mount bracket set, so panels, rails and other accessories can be set at the depth you need rather than a fixed position off the back wall.
2) Can I use these B-Line depth adjustment brackets in a washdown or outdoor enclosure?
Yes. The 122AMK bracket kit is rated NEMA 4X, which is the rating used for washdown and corrosion-prone environments, and it's UL Listed. The brackets themselves are zinc with a zinc plated finish.
3) What size enclosure will the 122AMK depth adjustment brackets suit?
The 122AMK kit measures 12 x 12 x 2 inches and weighs .813 lb. Use those figures against your enclosure's interior back pan area and available depth before ordering, since the brackets have to sit within the box and still leave room for whatever you're mounting.
4) Is the 122AMK a stainless bracket, or zinc plated steel?
Zinc. The material is listed as zinc with a zinc plated finish, not stainless. It still carries the NEMA 4X rating for the accessory application, but if your spec calls specifically for stainless hardware inside the enclosure, this kit won't meet that line item.
