B-Line Eaton series strut fittings and accessories, 1.62" Height, 3.5" Length, 1.62" Width, .51lbs, Aluminium, Offset size 1-5/8 in, Three hole z-supp

The B105AL three hole z-support is made for B22 channel. If your run is B22 strut, the fitting lines up on it; if you are working with a different channel profile, pick the fitting sized for that profile instead.

It offsets 1-5/8 inches. That is the jog the z shape builds in, so you can pick up a surface and land the strut or supported member a channel-height away from it without adding shims or a second bracket.

Aluminum, in a 1/4 inch material thickness, with an aluminum finish. Aluminum keeps the weight down (this fitting runs .51 lb) and avoids the rust problem you get with plain steel fittings in damp or washdown areas. If your job spec calls for a steel or stainless fitting, this is not the one.

The fitting measures 3.5 inches in length, 1.62 inches in height and 1.62 inches in width, at 1/4 inch material thickness. Useful when you are checking clearance behind conduit or in a tight ceiling pocket before you commit to the layout.

The B105AL ships as the fitting itself, a three hole z-support. Order your channel nuts, bolts and washers separately, sized for the B22 strut you are fastening to, plus whatever anchor suits the structure you are picking up.

It is a bracket for stepping a strut run off a wall, beam or another strut at a 1-5/8 inch offset. The three holes let you bolt through on both planes of the z, so it carries conduit racks, cable tray supports and equipment mounts where the supporting surface and the supported member are not in the same plane. If you need a straight in-plane splice instead of a step, use a flat plate or angle fitting, not a z.
