The B231YZN is a two hole corner angle that joins two pieces of strut at a 90 degree corner. It has no twist, so both legs lie in the same plane, which means it joins strut faces that are flat to one another rather than offset 90 degrees about the axis. Each leg carries one bolt hole, so the connection is two fasteners total.

It's the no twist version. Both legs are in the same plane at 90 degrees. If your two strut members meet with their mounting faces rotated relative to each other, a no twist angle won't sit flat and you need a twisted corner angle instead.

It ships pre assembled as a fitting, but the hardware that fastens it to the strut is a separate item. Order channel nuts and hex head bolts sized to the strut you are working with, two sets per angle to fill both holes.

The B231YZN is steel with a yellow zinc chromate finish. That's a sacrificial plating intended for dry indoor and protected service, and it's commonly specified where the finish also serves as a visual marker for a particular trade or system. For sustained wet, exterior, or washdown exposure, specify a hot dip galvanized or stainless fitting instead.
