It is a Type 316 stainless steel clamp. Type 316 is the grade specified for wet, coastal, chemical and washdown environments where plated steel would rust out, so this is the version to use outdoors, on rooftops, in food plants and in water treatment work. If the run is in a dry conditioned interior, a plated carbon steel clamp does the same job.

Hardware is included: the clamp ships with a combination recess hex head machine screw in 5/16-18 thread. You still need the strut nut and spring to land it in the channel if you are not reusing existing nuts.

It sizes by outside diameter. The B2043SS6 is an O.D. pipe conduit clamp, so measure the actual outside diameter of the conduit or tube you are supporting rather than going off the nominal trade size. Mechanically yes, but for corrosive or exterior service specify the strut, channel nut and any threaded rod in stainless as well.
