No. The 1264 SC is a NEMA Type 1 enclosure, which means indoor use only, for protection against incidental contact and falling dirt. It has no gasket and no watertight rating, so keep it out of wet locations, exterior walls, and wash-down areas. It is UL 50 listed as an enclosure.

Knockouts are provided. The 1264 SC has 5 knockouts on the sides, 3 on the top and 3 on the bottom, so you can bring conduit in from several directions without drilling. If your run needs an entry where there is no knockout, you would be punching the 16 gauge carbon steel yourself.
