No. The 36246 SC NK is a NEMA Type 1 enclosure, which is indoor-only protection against incidental contact and falling dirt. It has no gasket rating for water, dust, oil, or corrosive washdown. For outdoor or wet locations you need a Type 3R, 4, or 4X enclosure instead.

36 inches high, 24 inches wide, and 6 inches deep. That 6 inch depth is the number that matters most when you are laying out gutter space and bending radius for large conductors, and the 36 x 24 face gives you room to land multiple raceways on one side.

No knockouts. The 36246 SC NK ships blank, so every conduit entry has to be punched or hole-sawed on site where you want it. That is usually what you want on a large pull box, since it lets you match the raceway layout exactly, but plan for a punch set or hole cutter capable of 14 gauge carbon steel.
