No. The 864 SC NK is a NEMA Type 1 enclosure, which is for indoor use only, protecting against incidental contact with the enclosed equipment and falling dirt. It offers no rating against rain, hose-down, dust, or corrosive environments. For an outdoor or wet location you need a Type 3R or Type 4 enclosure instead.

No knockouts. The 864 SC NK is the NK (no knockout) version, so the carbon steel body ships blank and you punch or drill your own conduit entries wherever the run lands. That is an advantage on a custom layout and extra work if you wanted ready-made hub locations.

Surface mount, using thru holes in the back of the box. Anchors and screws are not part of the enclosure, so pick fasteners to suit the substrate (drywall anchors, masonry anchors, or self-drillers into steel stud or strut). The cover also has keyhole slots, so the cover screws stay captive to the lip and you can lift the cover off without fully backing the screws out.
