Yes. The Eaton B-Line 24168 RTSC enclosure carries a NEMA Type 3R rating, so it is built for outdoor use against rain, sleet and snow, and it includes a rain hood over the cover. It surface mounts using embossed thru holes in the back, and the body is 16 gauge carbon steel painted ANSI 61 grey. Note that 3R is a drip-proof rating, not a washdown or dust-tight one, so pressure washing or heavy airborne dust calls for a Type 4 or 12 enclosure instead.

It measures 24 inches high, 16 inches wide and 8 inches deep, which is where the 24168 designation comes from. Plan on at least 8 inches of clear projection off the wall plus room to swing the single door and clear the rain hood at the top.

There are 7 knockouts in the bottom of the 24168 RTSC box and no others. That is deliberate on a 3R enclosure: bottom entry keeps water out. If you need conduit entering the top or sides you will have to punch it yourself and seal it with a raintight hub, which is the usual way to compromise a 3R rating if it's done wrong.

Screw cover, flanged, with plated screws. It is not a hinged and latched door, so every time you open it you are backing out screws and handling a loose flanged cover. For a junction or pull box that is checked rarely that is fine and it is the cheaper closure; for a panel you open weekly, look at a hinged-cover 3R enclosure instead.

No panel is included with the 24168 RTSC. What you get is the carbon steel enclosure body, the flanged screw cover with plated screws, and the rain hood. If you intend to mount terminal blocks, relays or a small contactor inside, order a matching back panel and mounting hardware separately.

The 24168 RTSC is painted carbon steel in ANSI 61 grey, which is the standard finish for general outdoor and industrial service and matches most switchgear lineups. It is a coated mild steel box, so in coastal salt air, wash-down areas or corrosive chemical environments a stainless or non-metallic 3R/4X enclosure is the better call.
