No. The 3636 TCF is a NEMA 1 enclosure, which is indoor use only, protecting against contact with the enclosed equipment. It has no rating for rain, washdown, or dust, so for an exterior wall or a wet mechanical room you need a NEMA 3R or 4 enclosure instead.

It is a flush mount cabinet, so it sets into the wall cavity rather than standing off the finished surface, and the wall build-out has to accommodate the full published depth.
