No. The 30306 TCS NK cabinet is a NEMA 1 enclosure, which is indoor use only, general purpose protection against incidental contact and falling dirt. It gives no protection against rain, hose-down, dust or oil. For outdoor or wet locations you need a NEMA 3R, 4 or 4X enclosure instead.
