No. The 48364 TCS NK cabinet is NEMA 1 rated, which is indoor use only, for protection against incidental contact and falling dirt. It has no rating against rain, hose-down, dust, or oil. For an outdoor wall or a wet process area you need a NEMA 3R, 4, or 4X enclosure instead. The carbon steel body and painted finish will corrode if you mount it outside.
