No. The 121260 GGV NK is a NEMA 1 wireway, which is indoor, general purpose only. It gives protection against incidental contact and falling dirt, not rain, washdown, or dust-tight service. For outdoor runs you need a NEMA 3R rainproof wireway instead.

No knockouts. The 121260 GGV NK is the NK (no knockout) version, so every conduit entry has to be punched or hole-sawed in the field. That is the version most electricians want on a custom feeder gutter because you place entries exactly where the raceway lands. If you would rather have factory openings, order a knockout version of the wireway instead.

Screw cover. The cover is secured with plated screws along the trough, so it is a full removable lid rather than a hinged one. That means you can drop wire in from the top along the whole 60 inch run during the pull, but you need clearance and a driver to reopen it later. If the run is above a ceiling or in a tight chase where you will be re-entering it often, a hinged cover wireway is the easier choice.
